We are looking for a reliable, highly skilled, and detail-oriented Plasterer to join our team in Grangemouth. We pride ourselves on flawless finishes and excellent customer service. If you take genuine pride in your trowel work, keep a clean site, and can consistently hit high-quality standards under tight schedules, we want to hear from you.
Carry out a variety of plastering works within occupied domestic properties.
Complete patch repairs to existing plastered surfaces and new plasterboard installations.
Apply bonding coats and plaster finishes to a high standard.
Undertake skim coating and finishing works as required.
Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with quality standards.
Maintain a clean and tidy work area within customers' homes.
Deliver excellent customer service while working in occupied properties.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Plasterer ideally within domestic housing environments.
Skilled in all aspects of plastering, including patch repairs, bonding, skimming, and finishing.
Ability to achieve a high-quality finish with strong attention to detail.
Good understanding of health and safety requirements and safe working practices.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally with residents.
Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
Full UK driving licence.
CSCS card desirable.
Relevant plastering qualification (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent) desirable.
£18.50 per hour
32,000 with excellent OTE
