Responsibilities
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
- Support the team with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Handle incoming phone calls with professional etiquette and direct enquiries appropriately
- Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools to prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Contribute to organisational projects by providing clerical support and ensuring smooth workflow
- Assist with customer service duties, including responding to client inquiries and providing information as needed
- Participate in training sessions to develop understanding of business processes and office procedures
Requirements
- Proficiency in computer skills, including typing, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Attention to detail in data entry and document management tasks
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities
- GCSEs in English and Maths
