Electrical Site Manager (EL1 Cleared) – Urgent Requirement

Overview
We have an urgent requirement for an experienced Electrical Site Manager with EL1 clearance to oversee works on a prison project located on the Isle of Sheppey. This role would ideally suit candidates based in Kent or within a commutable distance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage electrical works on site
- Supervise subcontractors and site teams
- Ensure all work is completed in line with project specifications and programme
- Maintain high standards of health & safety and compliance
- Liaise with project managers, clients, and stakeholders
- Conduct site inspections, progress reporting, and quality checks
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager
- Valid EL1 security clearance (essential)
- Strong background in managing electrical installations on construction projects
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations within secure environments
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g. NVQ, City & Guilds, SMSTS preferred)
