Duties
- Lead and supervise the pub team, including bartenders, fostering a positive and motivated work environment
- Manage daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, stock control, line cleaning and dray delivery every Wednesday morning
- Assist in serving customers and delivering excellent hospitality to enhance guest satisfaction
- Enforce health and safety regulations across all areas of the pub,
- Proven supervising or team management experience within the hospitality industry
