Job Summary:
A reliable and hardworking Cleaner responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment. The role involves carrying out routine cleaning duties to a high standard while following health and safety procedures.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Clean and disinfect rooms, offices, toilets, kitchens, communal areas, and other designated areas.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors.
- Dust and wipe furniture, surfaces, doors, windowsills, and equipment.
- Clean and sanitise toilets, sinks, showers, and other washroom facilities.
- Empty waste bins and dispose of rubbish appropriately.
- Replenish supplies such as toilet paper, soap, paper towels, and other cleaning materials.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces when required.
- Use cleaning products and equipment safely and according to instructions.
- Follow COSHH, infection prevention, and health and safety procedures.
- Report damaged equipment, maintenance problems, hazards, or shortages of cleaning supplies to the appropriate person.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and store products safely after use.
- Follow cleaning schedules and complete assigned duties within the required timeframe.
- Respect the privacy, dignity, and confidentiality of clients, residents, staff, or members of the public.
- Carry out deep cleaning duties when required.

Pay: £12.80-£13.00 per hour
