GreenReach Scaffolding Ltd is looking for an experienced, reliable and safety-conscious Solar Scaffolder to join our growing team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for erecting, adapting and dismantling scaffolding specifically for residential and commercial solar PV installations. Working closely with our solar installation teams, you will ensure scaffold structures are erected safely, efficiently and to the highest standards, allowing installations to be completed safely and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities
- Erect, alter and dismantle scaffolding for domestic and commercial solar PV installations.
- Ensure all scaffolding complies with current health and safety legislation and TG20 guidance.
- Carry out pre-handover and routine scaffold inspections to ensure structures remain safe throughout the project.
- Work closely with the solar installation teams to ensure scaffold designs provide safe and efficient access to all roof areas.
- Install edge protection, ladder access, loading bays and roof access solutions where required.
- Transport, load and unload scaffolding materials safely between sites.
- Maintain scaffolding equipment and report any damaged or defective components.
- Complete all work in accordance with company procedures and customer requirements.
- Represent GreenReach Scaffolding professionally whilst working at customers' homes and commercial premises.
- Keep work areas clean, tidy and safe at all times.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience as a Scaffolder.
- CISRS Part 1, Part 2 or Advanced Scaffolder qualification (preferred).
- Valid CISRS Scaffolding Card.
- Good understanding of TG20 and SG4 guidance.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Excellent understanding of health and safety procedures.
- Comfortable working at height.
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual and professional.
Desirable Skills
- Experience erecting scaffolding for solar PV installations.
- HGV Class 2 Licence (advantageous but not essential).
- COTS or SSSTS qualification.
- First Aid at Work qualification.
- Experience using scaffold inspection software.
