About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and flexible Cleaner to join our team on a part-time basis, working 22 hours per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness across a range of properties and locations. The role will primarily involve general cleaning duties, with the flexibility to clean flats and other properties when required.
Key Requirements
- Full driving licence and own transport essential
- Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential
- Willing and able to travel between different locations
- Flexible and willing to clean flats when required
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
- Good attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards
- Professional and positive attitude
Key Responsibilities
- General cleaning of properties and communal areas
- Cleaning flats when required
- Ensuring properties are cleaned to a consistently high standard
- Travelling to different locations as required
- Following cleaning schedules and completing duties within agreed timescales
- Reporting any maintenance issues or concerns identified during cleaning
