We are seeking a skilled and experienced Qualified Bricklayer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bricklaying, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality workmanship on a variety of construction projects. You will work as part of a professional crew, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to industry standards.
- Lay bricks, blocks, and other masonry materials to construct and repair walls, foundations, partitions, arches, and other structures.
- Interpret and work from construction plans, blueprints, and specifications.
- Mix mortar and concrete using hand tools and mixers.
- Measure, cut, and shape bricks or blocks as needed.
- Ensure accuracy and alignment using levels, plumb lines, and measuring tools.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment following all safety regulations.
- Collaborate with site supervisors, contractors, and other construction professionals.
- Repair and refurbish existing brickwork and masonry structures.
- Operate tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
