About the Role: As a Cook at our bustling garden centre, you'll help deliver delicious, homestyle meals, light bites, and international favourites across our three popular eateries: -
- Marelis Italian Diner – serving freshly made pizza, pasta, and other Italian-inspired dishes -
- The Bistrant – our relaxed and welcoming main restaurant serving classic British favourites -
- The Garden Café – a casual spot for light bites, coffee, ice cream, and milkshakes Key
Responsibilities: -
- Prepare and cook a variety of meals across all three eateries
- Ensure food is cooked to a high standard, following health & safety guidelines
- Support stock control, food prep, and daily kitchen tasks
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment -
- Contribute ideas for specials and seasonal menus
What We’re Looking For: -
- Previous kitchen or café/restaurant cooking experience (essential)
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Good time management and ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety procedures
- Passion for fresh, simple food
