Our clean, well-equipped workshop is home to McLaren & Bentley trained technicians and a small, close-knit team who take pride in maintaining, repairing and optimising some of the most exciting vehicles on the road and track. We are not a volume-based workshop — we prioritise quality over speed and expect the same from our technicians.
The Role
We’re looking for a fully qualified Vehicle Technician with experience working on high-end performance and prestige marques.
You’ll carry out diagnostic work, servicing, repairs and performance or track preparation, with a strong focus on accuracy, quality and attention to detail.
This role suits someone who takes pride in their work and wants to operate at a higher level than a typical workshop environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform servicing, diagnostics and repairs on high-performance and prestige vehicles (McLaren, Bentley, BMW M, Lamborghini, etc.)
- Prepare and maintain track and race cars to professional standards
- Conduct inspections and complete accurate vehicle health reports
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace
- Work collaboratively within a small, skilled team to deliver exceptional results for clients
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
- Proven experience working on high-performance, prestige or motorsport vehicles
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Pride in workmanship and attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence

Pay: £38,675.00-£45,500.00 per year
