07:00 – 19:00 & 19:00 – 07:00
Smart Solutions are currently recruiting for Recycling Sort Line Operatives to join our client based in the Forth, Lanark area.
Our client is a leading company within the waste and recycling industry, offering ongoing opportunities within a fast-paced and supportive working environment.
The Role
As a Recycling Sort Line Operative, you will be responsible for safely removing recyclable and non-recyclable materials from a moving conveyor belt while ensuring productivity and quality targets are achieved.
Main Duties
- Sorting recyclable materials on a moving conveyor line
- Separating materials into designated chutes for further recycling
- Picking materials at defined target rates
- General housekeeping duties
- Cleaning machinery and operator cabins
- Following all Health & Safety procedures on site
What We’re Looking For
- Ability to work rotating day and night shifts
- Strong attention to detail
- Good understanding of Health & Safety procedures
- Comfortable standing for long periods
- Own transport essential due to site location
- Reliable and hardworking attitude
