Mental Health Support Worker (Part-Time – 16 Hours) | Mid Essex & Surrounding Areas

We’re currently recruiting a part-time Mental Health Support Worker to provide 1-to-1 support to adults living with mental health conditions, dementia, or Parkinson’s. This is a fantastic opportunity to build meaningful relationships, support independence, and help people enjoy life to the fullest.

What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting individuals in their homes and out in the community
- Encouraging participation in activities that promote wellbeing and independence
- Adapting your approach to suit each individual’s needs
- Keeping clear, accurate records and communicating with families and professionals
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is caring, reliable, and adaptable
- Enjoys working independently on a 1-to-1 basis
- Is happy to travel within Essex
- Has (or is willing to gain) experience in a similar setting
- Holds a valid UK driving licence and has access to a vehicle with business insurance.
- Requirements:
- Right to work in the UK
- Willingness to undertake an enhanced DBS check
