NWR Hygiene Group is one of the UK market leaders when it comes to providing washroom services. We provide expert hygiene services across the UK and are continuing to expand our locations and services.
We are seeking a new member to join our superb service team in the role of Hygiene Technician. You must be a person who enjoys working on their own, as part of a wide team and is passionate about providing great customer service.
The role
You will be responsible for servicing various washroom/waste management products including but not limited to feminine hygiene, water management systems, air care products, hand hygiene products, clinical waste, sharps & more. You will be required to work both alone and as part of a team and will be located in and surrounding the Newcastle & North Tyneside area. Servicing areas may change due to workload, so flexibility is key. The expected hours for this role are 40 hours per week, which can be discussed in an interview. On top of this, there may be overtime available if desired/needed. The Successful Applicant:
· Previous washroom experience is essential
· Be aged 25 and over
· Have a full UK driving licence and a clean driving record (max 3 points)
· Have experience in driving a 3.5t van
· Hold an ADR licence (desirable but not essential)
· Have good verbal and written skills
· Be physically able to manage a multi-stop run
· Commit to providing excellent customer service
· Experienced in lifting heavy goods
· Pass an enhanced DBS check
· Be comfortable using an iPad for servicing documentation
· Proven experience in a similar role
· Be available to work overtime if required
