We are looking for an experienced and motivated IT Recruitment Consultant to join our team.
The Role
As an IT Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the recruitment process from initial candidate identification through to placement.
You'll work closely with clients to understand their requirements, source and qualify suitable candidates, and build long-term relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys recruitment but wants to work in a more personal, specialist environment where quality and relationships matter.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from taking a vacancy through to successful placement.
- Source candidates using our existing CV database, job boards, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
- Search and manage candidate records using Manatal, our recruitment CRM and CV database.
- Review CVs and assess candidates against client requirements.
- Conduct candidate screening calls and interviews.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates.
- Develop positive, long-term relationships with clients and hiring managers.
- Write and advertise engaging job descriptions and vacancy adverts.
- Present suitable candidates to clients and manage the interview process.
- Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate offers and help ensure a smooth placement process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within Manatal.
- Contribute ideas to improve our recruitment processes and help grow the business.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in recruitment, ideally within IT, technology or another specialist recruitment sector
Pay: £25,420.00-£35,000.00 per year
