As Bartender, you will play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences, providing warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service while preparing a wide range of drinks to an exceptional standard.
Working closely with the wider food and beverage team, you will help ensure the smooth running of the bar while maintaining the highest levels of presentation, professionalism, and hospitality.
As Bartender you will:
- Deliver friendly, professional, and attentive service at all times
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, beers, spirits, and hot beverages
- Prepare the bar for service and ensure it remains fully stocked and well presented
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately
- Offer recommendations and confidently discuss the drinks menu with guests
- Maintain excellent cleanliness, stock control, and licensing standards
- Work closely with the restaurant and wider hotel teams to deliver seamless service
- Thrive in a busy environment while maintaining exceptional standards
The ideal candidate will have previous bar experience within a quality hospitality environment and possess a genuine passion for customer service.
You will be personable, well-presented, and enthusiastic, with excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm and professional during busy service periods.
