Commercial Cleaning Business Development Manager (Part-Time)
Location: Banbury, Oxfordshire and surrounding areas
Salary: £18,000 per annum (3 days per week) plus commission and performance bonuses
Hours: Part-Time – 3 days per week

As part of our growth strategy, we are expanding our commercial cleaning division and are seeking a driven Commercial Cleaning Business Development Manager to help secure new commercial contracts.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities, and delivering measurable results.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new commercial cleaning contracts across sectors including offices, industrial units, healthcare settings, educational facilities, property management companies, and other commercial premises.
You will work closely with the Director to support the company’s strategic growth and transition towards a larger commercial client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new commercial cleaning opportunities.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, prospecting, and direct business development activities.
- Arrange and attend meetings with prospective clients.
- Build relationships with facilities managers, property managers, landlords, and business owners.
- Prepare and present proposals and quotations.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular progress updates.
- Attend local networking and business events where appropriate.
- Represent the company professionally and uphold our reputation for service excellence.
About You
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management.
- Experience selling services to businesses (B2B).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Organised, proactive, and target-driven.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Experience within commercial cleaning, facilities management, property services, security, recruitment, or a related service sector would be highly advantageous.

Commission & Incentives
