Apreco Ltd are seeking an energetic, highly efficient Logistics Administrator to join our team located on the border of Herefordshire and Worcestershire in the village of Bishops Frome.
Apreco is the market leader for the design and manufacture of air pressure control devices for the Healthcare and Fire sectors.
The successful candidate will be responsible for co-ordinating and executing logistics activity for the business.
Duties include:
- Despatch projects and prepare documentation.
- Arrange transport for goods and liaise with hauliers/customers regarding delivery/collection.
- Obtain transport quotes.
- Collate proof of deliveries/proof of export.
- Support the Operations Manager and Production Coordinator as required.
- General office duties.
Skills and education
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Proactive, self-motivated individual who can work on their own initiative as well as being a team player.
- GCSE in Maths and English (grade 5 or above).
