This isn't a role where you'll disappear into endless spreadsheets or corporate bureaucracy. You'll be a key member of the leadership team, helping shape the future of a growing business by providing the financial insight that drives better decisions.
About The Role
What you'll be doing:
✅ Leading the entire finance function
✅ Producing management accounts, budgets, forecasts and cash flow reporting
✅ Creating meaningful reports and commercial insights
✅ Monitoring KPIs and helping improve business performance
✅ Developing finance processes and controls
✅ Working closely with the directors to support continued growth
We're looking for someone with:
✔ Senior finance leadership experience
✔ Strong commercial awareness
✔ Excellent knowledge of Xero
✔ Experience preparing management accounts, P&Ls, and forecasts.
✔ The confidence to challenge, influence and support senior decision-making
✔ A proactive approach to improving systems and processes
✔ A passion for helping a growing business succeed
