The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest services while maintaining high standards of hospitality. Duties
- Supervise daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide outstanding guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver high-quality service and maintain a positive work environment.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
- Assist in training new staff members on service standards and operational procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as necessary.
- Conduct regular inspections of the premises to ensure cleanliness, safety, and overall guest comfort.
- Handle any emergencies or incidents that may arise during your shift, ensuring appropriate action is taken.
Skills
- Strong background in guest services within the hotel or hospitality industry.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous.
- Knowledge of human resources practices related to staff management and training.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and effectively resolve conflicts.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of operations.
