- Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, online messaging and in person in our showroom
- To liaise with other team members and suppliers to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Analyse and deal with customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
- Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate
- Requirements:
- Good English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong phone etiquette and the ability to handle customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Proficient in data entry and able to navigate computer systems efficiently
- Must be able to work as part of our highly motivated and successful team
- Previous customer service experience is not essential, (as full training will be provided), but would be an advantage.
