About the Role
To lead the creation and execution of a dynamic content strategy across online and offline channels, positioning the organization as an industry leader through market-driven, engaging, and compliant content.
What You'll Do
- Responsible for the growth and development of the on and offline content strategy across all ranges and channels
- Quantitative and qualitative research abilities to research the market trends and drivers interpreting VOC to position IVG as experts in the industry
- Work closely with the marketing communications team to support the full-mix multi-media marketing and branding objectives
- Work internally and externally, to build credible alliances and sources in order to build our expert status
- Engage with the design and wider commercial team to create new and exciting compelling content that will engage with and delight the target audience
- Responsible for the planning, sourcing and implementation of content, ensuring the content calendar is kept up to date
- Work interdepartmentally to champion brands, categories and customer experience excellence
- Responsibility for engaging market relevant and compliant copy creation
- Use and understand internal and external communications across all media including social, web, SMS, email, exhibitions, direct mail, print, POS and collateral
- Prioritisation of workload to meet agreed deadlines within a fast-paced environment
- Management of external agencies and printers where required
- Assist Marketing Manager in providing each BDM with the content for their relevant countries, merchandise & POS for the organised promotions
- Assist the BDMs with their customers’ planning, costing and execution of their promo/campaign calendars
Skills & Experience
- Graduate or equivalent level
- 3 years’ experience, working in marketing or communications desirable
- Basic knowledge of photoshop / video editing software desired but not essential
- Sound understanding of strategic content marketing
- Digital marketing understanding
- A great communicator both verbally and written
- Copywriting skills and a creative approach to content ideas
- Pro-active, detailed approach to tasks with the ability to use own initiative
- Strong team player
- Energy, enthusiasm and a can-do attitude are a must

Pay: £27,000.00 per year
