Join Harvey’s Brewery as a Junior Chef in The Old Dunnings Mill, East Grinstead.
In this vital role, you will contribute to our culinary team by preparing high-quality dishes that delight our customers. You will be part of a company that values tradition, excellence, and exceptional service.
Responsibilities
Deliver high standards of food preparation and presentation
Follow recipes and ensure consistency in every dish
Foster a clean and safe kitchen environment in line with food safety regulations
Assist senior chefs with food production
Support the team by being organised and ready, maintaining efficient kitchen operations during service
Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety standards
Provide excellent service to customers, liaising with front of house in a calm and collaborative manner
Qualifications
Experience or training in food preparation and cooking
A passion for culinary arts and hospitality
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Good understanding of food safety standards
Strong communication skills
Some previous experience in a restaurant or pub environment is essential
Willingness to learn and develop culinary skills
A positive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer experiences
