Manage your own contract recruitment desk, developing long-term relationships with clients and candidates while driving revenue growth.
Source, interview and place highly skilled professionals into niche contract opportunities across Life Sciences, including Pharma, Biotech, Medical Devices and CROs.
Use advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean searching, LinkedIn Recruiter, headhunting and market mapping to identify and engage hard-to-find talent.
Partner with existing clients whilst identifying new business opportunities through networking, referrals and proactive business development.
Gain a deep understanding of your clients technical, regulatory and commercial requirements to provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Manage contractor onboarding and maintain full compliance with NES Fircroft processes, industry regulations and client-specific requirements.

- Proven experience within a 360 recruitment agency environment
- Experience recruiting within Life Sciences, Engineering, Technical or another specialist market
- Strong headhunting and sourcing capability
- A proactive business development mindset
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A genuine desire to build a successful, long-term career
