SEN Lunchtime Supervisor – Immediate Start (ASAP)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 11:30am – 1:30pm
Pay: £14.24 PAYE

About the Role
We’re working in partnership with a friendly SEN specialist school in Wallington that is looking to appoint a caring and dependable SEN Lunchtime Supervisor to join their team as soon as possible.
This role offers the chance to support children with special educational needs in a positive and structured setting during lunchtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise pupils during lunch across dining and outdoor areas
- Support children with eating, play, and social interaction
- Encourage positive behaviour and independence
- Assist with personal care when required, based on individual needs
- Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment
- Adhere to safeguarding procedures at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with children (essential)
- SEN experience (desirable but not required)
- A patient, nurturing, and proactive attitude
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Commitment to supporting children’s wellbeing and development
