We’re looking for a Technical Operations Administrator to join our Network Operations Team.
Osprey operates over 1,500 rapid and ultra-rapid EV charge points, providing reliable
infrastructure in a broad range of locations from convenient local sites to large, super fast
hubs on the UK’s major roads. Osprey funds, installs and manages this network in
partnership with landlord partners and on its own land.

Job Title: Technical Operations Administrator
Location: City of London – Cannon Street (Hybrid)
Contract Type: Permanent, Hybrid (min 3 days per week in the office)
Line Manager: Operations Excellence Manager
We are looking for an organised and proactive Technical Operations Administrator to
provide administrative and coordination support to our Operations team.
Working closely with the Operations Excellence Manager, you will help keep day-to-day
operational activities running smoothly by maintaining accurate records and trackers,
coordinating planned activities, supporting site and contractor queries, preparing
reports, and ensuring actions are followed through.
You will work with colleagues across the wider business and external suppliers, giving
you broad exposure to Osprey’s operations and the opportunity to develop your
knowledge of the EV charging and infrastructure sector.
Operations & Technical Administration

Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the Operations
- Excellence Manager and wider Operations team
- Maintain accurate operational records, trackers, spreadsheets and documentation
- Support the planning and coordination of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activity
- Track outstanding actions, site works and operational activities through to completion
- Support the preparation of operational reports, management information and data
- Maintain clear and accurate records of site issues, actions and resolutions
- Assist with the administration of technical and operational projects
Site, Contractor & Supplier Coordination

Support the coordination of contractors and suppliers undertaking works across the charging network
- Assist with resolving and escalating site-related issues to the appropriate internal or external teams
- Coordinate information and updates between Osprey teams, contractors, suppliers and site partners
- Monitor outstanding works and follow up on actions where required
- Maintain relevant contractor, supplier and site documentation
- Act as a point of contact for operational and site-related queries, escalating more complex technical matters appropriately
Reporting, Documentation & Process Improvement

Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, action logs and other operational documentation
- Document processes, recurring issues and solutions to support efficient future resolution
- Support the identification of recurring operational issues and trends
- Assist with improving administrative processes, trackers and ways of working within the Operations team
- Prepare meeting notes, action lists and relevant supporting documentation where required
- Support the delivery of operational improvement initiatives and projects

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent attention to detail and a reliable approach to following actions through
- Confident written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Able to maintain accurate records, trackers and operational information
- Proactive and comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
- A practical, solutions-focused approach and willingness to learn
Desirable

Previous experience in an administrative, coordination, operations or project support role
- Experience supporting an operational, technical, engineering or infrastructure team
- Experience working with contractors, suppliers or third-party service providers
- Experience coordinating activities, works or small projects through to completion
- Experience within EV charging, energy, infrastructure, utilities or a similar environment
