The role is permanent and full time
Hybrid working arrangements are 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home

Your future, your role
As a Legal Compliance Co-Ordinator, you’ll be:
Conducting high level reviews of standard form commercial contracts including supply agreements for goods and services, terms and conditions, framework agreements, non-disclosure agreements, software agreements.
Advising on any risk/ issues arising out of commercial contracts.
Drafting consultancy agreements, undertake CEST assessments and prepare status determination statements for self-employed contractors.
Be the main point of contact to support colleagues from across the business with ad hoc legal queries (including employment, corporate, personal injury, data protection, IP, H&S, debt, litigation) and liaise with other members of the legal team, as appropriate.
Updating both hard copy and electronic versions of statutory books and deal with all necessary Companies House filings.
Diarise and manage FCA filing and regulatory compliance requirements.
Assist with the maintenance of a contracts management system.

Experience and skills
This is an entry level role, ideal for a graduate, we are looking for someone who is -

Have a research based background
Hold a Law degree or equivalent
