As a Field Service Technician at Miele Professional, you will service and repair a wide range of commercial appliances across multiple customer environments, including industrial laundries, laboratories, hospitals and medical facilities. From industrial washing machines and tumble dryers to specialist laboratory equipment washers, every day offers something different.
Working across the Crawley area, you will represent a globally recognised premium brand while delivering exceptional customer service and technical expertise . Some travel outside your local area, occasional overnight stays and out-of-hours work may be required , so flexibility is important.

In close collaboration with customers and internal departments, carry out fault diagnostics, servicing, maintenance and repairs on professional laundry and washer disinfector appliances to a high technical standard
Through customer engagement and product knowledge, promote Miele care products, accessories, service contracts and planned maintenance solutions
By actively participating in technical training and development, maintain up-to-date knowledge of Miele products, systems and diagnostic processes while working towards performance targets and key performance indicators
