Location: Perthshire, PH2 9PX - Hybrid Working
Salary: £26,500 per annum
Hours: Monday-Friday (08:30-17:00)

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team. You will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day activities of the business.
This role is ideal for someone with previous office experience who is organised, adaptable and comfortable working with administrative task. You will support core Sales processes including;
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the sales team to streamline daily operations.
- Accurately input and maintain critical information within internal systems and dedicated customer portals.
- Generate detailed reports to track performance and support data-driven decision-making.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and subcontractors, resolving inquiries efficiently via phone and email.
- Partner with internal departments to troubleshoot and resolve complex queries.
- Deliver high-level administrative support to the Head of Department and Director on ad-hoc admin projects.
About You
We are looking for someone who is organised, reliable and able to manage a range of administrative tasks.
Essential
- Sales admininistration experience in a fast paced environment
- Good computer literacy and confidence using business systems
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues across the business
Desirable
- minimum 1 year within Sales Administrator role
