About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will help adults with mental health needs and learning disabilities to live independently by providing support with everyday tasks, including:
- Community access and social activities
- Shopping and appointments
- Building confidence and independence
- Household tasks and life skills
- Emotional support and encouragement
Please note: This role does not involve personal care.
What we're looking for
- A caring, positive and reliable attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- A full UK driving licence
- Access to your own vehicle (essential)
- The right to work in the UK
