Complete IT Systems is looking for an Accounts, Administration and Customer Service Apprentice based in our Bradford office to support the Finance Director, Office Manager and other members of our friendly accounting team with their busy day-to-day operations.
The successful candidates will possess exceptional organisational and time management skills, excellent communication and have a strong attention to detail. The team will support you with your career development and professional skills.
Skills and experience
Job duties & responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

Maintaining files and electronic records

General administrative support to management team as required

Handling customer / supplier / sales queries – pre & post sale

Processing sales orders
-
Tracking and updating sales orders until delivered

Updating and maintaining accounts database on both sales & purchase ledgers

Handling & managing of goods in & out of the business
-
Processing of vendor invoices (using Sage 200 and OP systems)

Issuing customer invoices
-
Preparation of supplier payment runs – Transacting through to remittance advices

Processing expense claims – reconciliation & posting

Processing credit card payments
