We are currently looking for an Assistant Manager to join the team at Zumuku Sushi
Didsbury.

The Role:
-To support the Manager in leading the team and ensuring our guests are
served in a friendly, polite and efficient manner.
-To ensure that the store builds a reputation in providing excellent customer service while maintaining and tracking sales and profit of the business
- Being a key holder, opening and closing the restaurant to a high standard.
Including cashing out and health and safety checks.
- A genuine team player who remains calm under pressure.
- Taking pride in keeping the staff and customer areas clean and tidy, following
appropriate safety guidelines.
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards our guests and co-workers
with a 'can do' attitude and a willingness to help.
-Contribute to the development and execution of the business and must have sales driven attitude.
-Manage and undertake housekeeping such as maintaining cleanliness and store presentation at all times.
