The role will involve
working alongside the nursery manager in the day to day running of the nursery, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment, leading and managing staff iin creating and implementing age-appropriate activities for children aged between 3 months and 5 years
you will need to be able to provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and structured activities
forge strong partnerships with parents ensure police’s and procedures are adhered to
Qualifications
Level 3 in childcare and education or above
Previous supervisory experience an advantage however training is available for the right candidate you will need experience in working with young children in a day nursery setting
Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with children
