Overview
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Part-time Barista to join our team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialised drinks, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, providing friendly and attentive service
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area in accordance with food safety regulations
- Operate the point-of-sale system with confidence
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts
- Assist with food preparation tasks, such as assembling snacks, when required
- Uphold health and safety standards at all times, including proper food handling procedures
- Engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere and promote products effectively
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Barista
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy periods
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable manner
- A positive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service
Pay: £12.71 per hour
