About the Role Looking for a better work-life balance without leaving healthcare?
If you're tired of relentless shift patterns, unpredictable hours, and physical burnout, this is your chance to turn your clinical expertise into a rewarding, structured role — with routes available on both our WCA and PIP pathways.
As a Functional Assessor, you won't be delivering hands-on care. - Write comprehensive, objective, evidence-based reports to a high professional standard
- Maintain empathy, professionalism, and strict confidentiality throughout every assessment
