Rise Above Care is launching a brand-new 3-bed EBD children’s home in 2026—and we’re looking for an exceptional Registered Manager to lead it from day one.

Salary & Bonus Package
- £44,000 – £55,000 basic salary

The Role
As Registered Manager, you will:
- Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing staff team
- Deliver therapeutic, child-centred care
- Drive Good/Outstanding Ofsted outcomes
- Oversee budgets, audits, and overall home performance
- Build strong partnerships with professionals to achieve the best outcomes for young people
What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People (or equivalent)
- Level 5 Leadership & Management (or working towards)
- Minimum 3 years’ residential childcare experience
- Minimum 1 year in a leadership role
- Experience with Ofsted inspections
- Strong understanding of Regulations 44 & 45
- Full UK driving licence

Hours
- Full-time, permanent (40 hours)
