We are seeking a practical and hands on candidate- with building works and Ground maintenance.
You will need to carry out basic repairs, decorating, building maintenance, stone work
This is a varied role, and you’ll have opportunity to carry out a range of duties main duties being , groundwork and property maintenance. Other parts of the job include such things as, landscaping, tree felling and clearing, digger, tractor driving. .
Good communication skills, self-motivated, hardworking, and a flexible attitude with the ability to react to requirements at short notice.
The role will also involve a some contact with guests and other members of staff, so good communication skills and a friendly manner are essential.
The successful candidate will happily work alone, be able to take the initiative and enjoy a level of responsibility.
Working week can be fixed or varied days, arranged in advance
