Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional paralegal with experience in RTA and credit hire to join our Personal Injury department . The successful candidate will be responsible for working on RTA personal injury and credit hire matters. We are looking for someone who has worked on the OIC and MOJ portal and is able to litigate credit hire cases. The successful candidate will be awarded a training contract upon completion of a successful period of work as a paralegal. We will consider applications from NQ solicitors with credit hire litigation experience.
Duties
- Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and correspondence with precision and clarity
- Advise clients on various legal matters, ensuring they understand their rights and obligations
- Manage a caseload effectively, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines and client needs
- Conduct legal research to support case preparation and strategy development
- Attend court hearings, meetings, and negotiations as required
- Maintain accurate records of all case-related activities and communications
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and compliance with internal policies
- Keep up-to-date with changes in legislation and legal best practices to provide informed advice
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office suite
- Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple cases efficiently and meet deadlines
- Effective time management abilities to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Demonstrable attention to detail and high standards of professionalism

Pay: £25,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
