Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Inspector for K9 Sites to ensure the safety, compliance, and operational integrity of our facilities. In this vital role, you will oversee site inspections, enforce safety protocols, and coordinate with various teams to maintain high standards across multiple locations. Your leadership and report writing skills will be essential in documenting findings, recommending improvements, and supporting continuous site enhancements. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the safety and efficiency of our operations while developing your expertise in site management.
We will agree a fee per site visit and will agree a certain amount of visits per week. This is aimed to work around your schedule.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive inspections of K9 Sites to verify adherence to safety, security, and operational standards.
- Lead site walkthroughs, identifying hazards or non-compliance issues and initiating corrective actions promptly.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports, documenting observations, findings, and recommended improvements with clarity and precision.
- Collaborate with site managers and teams to implement safety protocols and operational procedures effectively.
- Monitor ongoing compliance through regular audits and follow-up inspections, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Provide leadership during emergency situations by coordinating responses and communicating critical information clearly.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, incidents, and corrective actions to support regulatory compliance and internal audits.

Pay: £15.00-£20.00 per hour
