Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Junior AI Applied Python Backend Engineer to join our innovative technology team. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize backend services using Python and related frameworks.
- Implement RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless communication between front-end applications and backend systems.
- Assist in integrating AI models into production environments, ensuring performance and reliability.
- Contribute to database design, management, and optimization using MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB to support data-driven features.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to maintain high-quality code standards.
- Support deployment processes on cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, ensuring scalable and secure solutions.
- Document technical specifications using UML diagrams and maintain version control with Git or SVN.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience with Python programming language in a backend development context.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, web services (SOAP), XML, JSON, and API documentation best practices.
- Basic understanding of cloud services like AWS or Azure for deploying applications.
- Knowledge of database systems including MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or MongoDB.
- Exposure to front-end technologies such as Angular or React is a plus but not required.
- Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC), version control tools (Git/GitHub), and debugging techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on clean code architecture following OOP principles.
- Ability to work effectively in Linux environments and utilize tools like Visual Studio or Eclipse for development tasks.
