Key Responsibilities
- Beverage Preparation & Quality Control
- Oversee beverage preparation during assigned shifts.
- Ensure all drinks are prepared according to brand recipes and standards.
- Monitor drink quality, presentation, and preparation efficiency.
- Maintain consistency in beverage preparation and service standards.
- Shift Operations Management
- Coordinate staff duties and workflow during shifts.
- Allocate team members to stations to maintain service efficiency during busy periods.
- Support training and on-the-job coaching for new team members.
- Report operational updates or issues to the Store Manager.
- Food Safety & Hygiene
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized beverage preparation area.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients.
- Stock & Ingredient Management
- Assist in managing beverage ingredient inventory such as tea, milk, and toppings.
- Monitor ingredient usage and reduce waste.
- Ensure adequate preparation before service periods.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a bubble tea shop, café, or hospitality environment.
- Experience supervising or coordinating a team is preferred.
- Knowledge of beverage preparation processes.
- Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
- Level 2 UK Food Hygiene Certificate (or above) preferred.
- Strong communication and execution skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £15.00-£15.50 per hour
