The Role
As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service from the moment guests arrive until they leave. You’ll work closely with both the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure every guest enjoys a first-class dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and seat guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus, answer questions and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the restaurant’s POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high presentation standards.
- Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Handle customer requests and resolve any concerns professionally.
- Process payments accurately.
- Assist with setting up and closing down the restaurant.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
- Work closely with the kitchen and management team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Follow all food hygiene, health and safety procedures.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in hospitality is preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Requirements
- Previous hospitality experience is preferred.
- Ability to reliably commute to High Wycombe.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays as required by the needs of the business.
Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
