The Electrical Foreman is responsible for scheduling, coordinating and supervising the work of all within a team of Electricians, Foreman and Apprentices.
The Foreman will be based at our Hartlepool manufacturing advanced facility, working 7-3-7-4 shift pattern consisting of 12 hour shifts, days and nights.
site operatives, ensuring that all work is delivered safely on time and within budget along with managing equipment and materials required.
- Carry out and record site inspections (PPMs)
- Ensure all works are carried out in line with approve method statements
- Deliver toolbox talks/briefings
- Share and pass on knowledge to teams
- Ensure gangs/site operatives complete all required documentation
- Track and document daily work productions
- Co-ordinate delivery/pick up of materials as required
- Day to day management of people within the team
- Responsible for the competency levels and training within the team
- Work as part of a team & contribute towards successful communication & positive Ensure spare parts usage is tracked correctly
Qualifications/Training
- CSCS Card- Required
- Electrical Qualification (including Inspection and
- Testing) ECS / JIB Required
- Ipaf, 3A and 3B- Required
- 18th Edition- Required
- Hot works permit trained- Required
- SSSTS/SMSTS- Desirable
- First Aider- Desirable
Pay: £32,901.06-£54,414.32 per year
