Reporting directly to the People Manager, you will support payroll, onboarding, employee lifecycle administration, HR systems and People reporting. Role Overview:
The People Administrator is responsible for ensuring the smooth administration of People and Talent processes while maintaining accurate employee records and supporting payroll, onboarding and reporting activities. This role requires strong administration skills, experience using HR Information Systems and the ability to analyse and present workforce data.

Responsible to | People Manager
Support the effective delivery of payroll, People and Talent operations by accurately processing monthly and bi-weekly payroll data, employee changes and lifecycle activities. Coordinate end-to-end onboarding, including documentation, pre-employment checks, IT equipment and induction schedules, while supporting probation reviews and maintaining personnel records in line with GDPR requirements. Maintain accurate HRIS data, conduct audits, generate reports and produce People KPIs and dashboards to identify workforce trends and support leadership decision-making. Provide general administrative support, assist with employee engagement initiatives, resolve payroll and People queries, and act as a first point of contact for employees and managers.
