Experienced Dog Groomer – 3 Days Per Week (Potential for Full-Time Hours)
Paws HQ is looking for a passionate and professional Dog Groomer to join our friendly and growing team.
This role is initially for 3 days per week, with the potential for additional hours and full-time opportunities in the future. We are seeking a qualified groomer with salon experience who takes pride in their work, delivers high grooming standards, provides exceptional care for every dog, and enjoys building lasting relationships with clients.

This position would suit an experienced groomer looking for a long-term role within a supportive, independent salon.
Responsibilities
- Carry out bathing, drying, brushing, clipping, hand-scissoring and styling to a high standard
- Groom a variety of breeds according to client requirements and welfare needs
- Conduct basic health and welfare checks during appointments and report any concerns
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive client relationships
- Handle dogs safely, calmly and confidently at all times
- Maintain a clean, organised and professional working environment
- Work independently while contributing positively to the wider team
Requirements
- Dog grooming qualification achieved or currently working towards
- Previous salon experience required
- Confident handling a variety of breeds and temperaments
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high grooming standards
- Friendly, reliable and professional approach
- Genuine passion for dog welfare and customer care

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm, Part-time upon request

Pay: £12.00-£16.00 per hour
