Supported Housing Officer
London | Full-time | Immediate Start
Monday – Friday | 9:00am – 5:00pm
3 days at Lee Samuel House (SW9 9QX) + 2 days at Park Court (W6 0UZ)
Beyond Healthcare Medical is working in partnership with one of London’s largest housing associations to recruit a Supported Housing Officer who wants to make a genuine difference.This is a focused, hands-on role where you’ll manage one supported housing scheme only. You’ll be the key housing contact for residents whose needs range from homelessness and domestic violence to cognitive impairments and age-related conditions. You’ll deliver practical, person-centred housing management while helping create a safe, stable, and supportive environment.
What you’ll be doing day-to-day:
- Acting as the main point of contact for residents and putting their individual needs at the centre of your work
- Managing the full housing management function for the scheme: arrears, repairs, voids, annual visits, service charges, and lettings
- Ensuring the building is safe, clean, and well-maintained
- Building strong, trusting relationships with residents and local stakeholders
- Working collaboratively with support teams to help residents maintain their tenancies successfully
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 1 year’s housing management experience (essential) – you’ll be expected to hit the ground running
- Strong customer service skills and a compassionate, non-judgemental approach
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and housing systems
- Right to work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS check
A relevant housing qualification is desirable but not essential.
