We’re looking for a hands-on Restaurant Manager to take full ownership of our busy daytime operation, covering breakfast, brunch, and lunch.
This is a role for someone who lives for the buzz of service, cares deeply about standards, and wants real authority on the floor — without sacrificing their evenings.
This is not a late-night, alcohol-led venue.
It’s not a desk-based management role.
It is a leadership position where your judgement, presence, and decisions directly shape how the restaurant runs.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading breakfast, brunch, and lunch services end-to-end
- Being the senior, visible presence on the floor during peak periods
- Setting the pace, tone, and standard of service every day
- Coaching and developing supervisors and front-of-house teams in real time
- Addressing performance issues clearly and constructively when they arise
- Owning rotas, staffing levels, and day-to-day people management
- Working closely with senior leadership to keep the operation calm, consistent, and disciplined
You’ll be trusted to run the restaurant properly — and expected to take responsibility when things don’t go to plan.
Who We’re Looking For
- A proven Restaurant Manager, or an Assistant Manager who can confidently run full services independently
- A service-first leader who leads from the floor, not from behind a screen
- Someone comfortable making decisions under pressure
- Calm, organised, and confident holding standards
- People-focused, but not conflict-averse
