A well-established provider of commercial building services is seeking experienced and qualified Commercial Gas Engineers to join their growing team owing to wining new contracts. Current contracts include MOJ, healthcare and schools

Responsibilities
- Installation and maintenance of commercial Gas and HVAC equipment, including gas and oil boilers, pumps, and associated plant
- Troubleshoot and repair faulty gas systems or appliances as needed.
- Assemble components using hand tools and power tools while adhering to safety protocols.
- Perform plumbing tasks related to gas installations and heating systems ensuring proper connections and functionality.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Engage in heavy lifting when required for the installation or removal of equipment.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Commercial Gas Engineer or in a similar role is preferred.
- Relevant industry domestic & commercial gas qualifications including: COCN1, ICPN1, CORT1, CIGA1, TPCP1A, TPCP1, CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely.
- Basic maths skills for measuring and calculating necessary dimensions during installations.
- Ability to plumb effectively as part of gas appliance installations.
- Capability to perform heavy lifting tasks as required by the role.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Salary & Benefits
- Starting salary: £38,000 – £47,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
