Job Overview
We are seeking a technically minded Systems Administrator to maintain and support IT systems, infrastructure, and users. You’ll troubleshoot issues, manage access, monitor system performance, and help keep the organisation’s technology secure and reliable.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor servers, networks, systems, and IT infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and system issues.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, access controls, and configurations.
- Install, update, and maintain operating systems and business applications.
- Monitor backups, system performance, security alerts, and availability.
- Maintain IT documentation and work with internal teams or external providers to resolve technical issues.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience in systems administration, IT support, or infrastructure.
- Good understanding of Windows systems, networking, and common IT environments.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, or cloud services.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and learn new technologies.
Pay: £36,000.00-£48,000.00 per year
