We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Multi Skilled Technician with an electrical bias to join our team in Weybridge.
This role is integral to delivering exceptional building maintenance services that align with ISS’s vision of becoming the world’s greatest service organisation.
You will play a key part in ensuring operational excellence and supporting our customers’ goals through quality service and technical expertise.
Job Description
This position offers excellent opportunities for training, development, and exposure across a variety of sites.
You will be responsible for maintaining mechanical, electrical, and building services systems, ensuring compliance with legislative and contractual requirements while contributing to the smooth operation of client properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks across client sites.
- Diagnose faults and perform repairs, maintenance, and installations as required.
- Ensure all work is documented accurately and maintain appropriate company records.
- Communicate effectively with job requesters, providing updates on progress and outcomes.
- Comply fully with Health & Safety requirements, including inspections and risk assessments.
- Maintain technical compliance and identify areas for improvement in maintenance activities.
- Support colleagues and clients, contributing to projects and assignments when needed.
- Monitor and uphold quality standards to meet contractual and statutory obligations.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Electrical installation background with general maintenance experience.
- Strong knowledge and experience in testing and inspection.
- Ability to interpret technical diagrams, work from plans/method statements, and present technical information clearly.
- 18th Edition Qualification.
- City & Guilds Levels 1–3, including NVQ Level 3 and AM2 Certificate.
- BS 7671 latest edition and current amendment qualification.
- Inspection and testing certification for electrical installations, alterations, additions, and fixed wire testing.
- Full Driving Licence.
