Late-Night Bar Staff (Part-Time) – The Anvil, Bournemouth
The Anvil is hiring!
We’re looking for a confident and energetic bar team member to join us on a part-time basis (1–3 days per week). Previous bar experience is preferred, but not essential—full training will be provided!
The Role Working in a busy late-night venue, you’ll serve drinks efficiently, deliver excellent customer service, and help maintain the vibrant energy The Anvil is known for.
- Shift Requirements: Flexible part-time roster. Must be able to work one late shift ending at 5 AM, alongside 1–2 shorter shifts (5–6 hours each) per week.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous bar experience preferred, but not essential—we provide full training for the right candidate
- Confident, friendly personality with strong communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Full flexibility for late-night finishes, weekends, and peak hours
- Must be 18+
